Filter to oil cooler, which coonection?

After taking the steeringrack out to be refurbished (and replacing radiator & oilcooler) now trying to put everything back together again. Stupidly enough i didn't take any pictures and thought i would remember how everything comes back together again...

So first question: Does the hose/pipe from the oilfilter connect to the bottom or top of the oilcooler?

Might be a few question more to follow :-)
