Vettels comments on Karthekyan (sp)

Is it just me or was Vettel's comments against the HRT and mainly thé driver, not including the finger gesture towards him aswell.

This is bad form for anyone, but for the current Woeld Champion it's awful behaviour.

"you always get a few idiots on the road, you also have one on the track as well"

Karthekyan was totally at fault with Button, ok maybe a bit harsh, but he was certainly at least 50% responsible. But, the blame for Vettel lies totally with Vettel.

Actually, Button pretty much admitted fault for his incident because he locked his rear wheels. Meanwhile, for the Vettel incident, Narain seemed to say he got a bit sideways under acceleration because he was on the marbles but Vettel should have given him more room so that makes this one 50:50 in my book.

My view on both icidents was that Karthekyan was the victim, i'm surprised he didn't voive his displeasure on both incidents then again HRT need to keep on the good side of all the teams in case they are outside the 107% rule at the next race........

It's hardly Karthekyan's fault that he found himself in 10th place dicing with the big boys. I think he did quite well at keeping out of their way as they came past. In both incidents he was driving in a predictable way when he was hit by them. Other than pulling off the track and parking in the pits, what is he supposed to do?

Jensen was man enough to admit his mistake. Vettel, on the other hand?

The contact with Jenson was Jensons fault, he even admitted it. Was very harsh of the stewards to punish Karthikeyan for that one however the contact with Vettel looked to be more Karthikeyans fault. At least HRT got into the race this week and hopefully they can move forward a little more, they seem to have reliability 80% on side.

Karthathingy did nothing wrong for both incidents. Being a Bitton fan I am glad he admitted fault, and moved on. Surprised at Vettel though.

HRT get a fair bit of flack (often fairly) but Karthekyan's only guilt was doing rather uncharacteristically well (aided by the conditions).

Button snatched at a pass and made a mistake (and owned up to it)

Vettel seems rattled by a car that he's not 100% happy with + not the start to the season that he planned. A few bad results and the odd incident may humble him a bit.

Vettel has a bit of a temper problem sometimes. It's typical type-A behaviour, but he seems to exhibit it stronger than most other drivers.

As for Button, he is a much older and wiser man than Vettel.

I don't agree with his comments (he misjudged it I think, and I feel sorry for Karthikeyan who sadly is in a too slow car) but it is this sort of drive, arrogance and determination which means he will be at least a 3xWC.

Vettel misjudged his move, he was driving a car that could lap 6 seconds quicker so can hardly blame Kart for getting in the way.

Plenty of power to pass him anywhere on the circuit.

Poor form to start slating people like that especially when there were no points involved anyway and he'd made a complete hash of his own race.

This is spot on for me. I don't think you can blame either of these on Karthekyan. Jensen was man enough to admit he mad a mistake. Vettel has a temper when things don't go his way. Last season was all smiles as he was winning with consistency but i believe this season will show a return of his "tantrums".

Yep, just watched the post race interview and a replay and it was Button's fault, he locked up and slide into him. Fair play for holding his hands up.

Ah I see, yes. Vettel should've been more careful; it's probably why he is blaming Karthikeyan as he knows it's his own error that has cost him.
