1600M Carb question
Discussion
Hello to all those out there who I rely on so heavily for technical expertise.
Now that I have brown nosed I will post yet another question.
The standard 32/36 DGV carb on my 1600M has given up the ghost and is not worthy of a refurb - I have two options at this juncture:-
1. Invest in a new replacement carb of the same for circa £200 - I don't fancy this option as I do have other things on car which need investment.
2. A member of the club has a weber single 40 complete with manifold / linkage and K&N filter which came straight off his Vixen recently and he is willing to let me have it at a very reasonable price ( he has more cash than me and treat himself to a set of twin 40's ).
Any comments before I go ahead ????????
