Wagyu steak Asda style

Was down the one near Clapham Junction on Sunday doing a booze and essentials shop and spotted the Wagyu in the fresh meat counter they had fillet, rib-eye and sirloin available and reduced. Fillet hardly had any marbling and the sirloin was not much better so went for the rib-eye.



£11 for the two, results tomorrow.

Asda wagyu isn't wagyu, it's just a 50% cross. Might as well not bother IMO
