Hello chaps, i have a 2.8 wedge and feel a little left out of my own forum as they all seem to have seac and the like, So i thought i would ask you lovely people, I have swithed to optimax a little while ago and the car runs better than ever but when i come to a stop the idle drops to 400, is there a way to adjust idle speed up to around 8-900, Your help would be greatly appreciated

Yes the idle speed screw is on the underside of the throttle valve unit, facing the front of the car. It looks like a 12mm diameter knob with screwdriver slot. IIRC

What does a throttle valve unit look like, is that on the Kollector or the engine

throttle body:-
it's bolted to the plenum chamber (stripy thing at top of engine)
air intake hose goes into it, throttle cable attaches to mechanism on top.

idle screw:-
look underneath throttle body for big screw

It's attached to the inlet manifold on one end and the air inlet pipes from the airflow meters and filters attach to the other. It's where the throttle cable mechanism is mounted.
