For some reason it's much deeper in my ear than normal. Any suggestions? Or will it just work it's way out?

Just like stuck/sheared bolts, you need to drill it out wink

Tweezers to grab the end of it and pull it out?

Tweezers will work, but you need to be careful not to push it in further.

Pliers did the trick.

smile

It was getting quite relaxing having an ear plug in at work, perhaps I should do it more often.

But not impressed by my so called friends suggestion that I should put my other ear under the tap and try to flush it out.
