Interesting thread (with a link to the original thread) where a biker was knocked off his bike and the insurer went against the obvious and paid out as if it was the bikers fault.
i.e. the biker got a new bike but as it was decided his fault lost his NCD
At the moment SP&L seems to be the place to discuss insurance. I thought there was a move 6 months ago to make it SPLIT to include road Tax issues too
But it might be better all round if there was a forum outside SP&L for Tax MOT Insurance and SORN
What's anyone else think

It wasnt me Somebody else raised it and another person got uppety about it
