Were I a Bahrani protestor, I'd be burning down the pits right now. Do F1 fans a favour and get that snoozefest off the calendar. I'm sure the King can afford it.
This. It's brought nothing good to F1, who wants boring races and the political crap that comes with racing there? F1 in the last couple of years is just starting to get a good name again, going here and by doing so giving the impression that the sport isn't against what's been going on over there won't do it any favours. For once Bernie needs to think about more than just the money.

not going to happenIf Bernie or CVC cancel the race they owe Bahrain money. If Bahrain cancels the race then they pay penalty fees.
If the worst comes to the worst bernie and the Bahraini giovernment will coem to an agreement where Bernie gets a small sum although considerably less than the full fees and the Bahraini Govt 'postpone' the race. That way bernie can say 'they postponed the race, not me' and all his support for the race won't be seen as hypocrisy.
