herts scammers

this has prob been mentioned before, but thought id give a warning to those in the area
The scammers are currently sitting in the central res on the 40 stretch of the A414,as you make your way towards hatfield on the bypass. Just before the change to n/s/l, sneaky bast*rds just chucked up a couple of dodgy cam signs, plonked them by the side of the verge and were zapping people who hadnt quite slowed to 40 on one side, and who were making progress towards the nsl sign.
There also operating outside the policestation in hertford, zapping people as they get up steam to go up the hill, and i would have thought they would have made a mint out of the people who come down the hill towards them, you have to brake constantly to keep it at 30. Its near to a school, which is fair enough, but the scameras are almost always there on a sunday, ive never seen them at school kicking out time.
