Hi all,
I need some advise on our locost kit car we have at college. We have a 2007 2.0 litre 16 valve ford engine that we are looking at putting in it. I have a few question but i will not ask them all at once haha
What dizzy would you use we are thinking of using carbs rather than the injection system on in to fit it in. I just want a bit of advise really

Cheers
Ben

if the engine is a zetec, you can get an aftermarket ecu kit called a megajolt.you can buy it from a company called triggerwheels.the kit comes with all wiring and a basic map on a disc, which you can hook up to any laptop/computer.instructions are very easy to follow.if you want to go injection they do a kit called a megasquirt.these kits are around £180,not a lot of money considering other kits are from £500 upto and over £1000. i use a megajolt ecu with R1 bike carbs on a bogg brothers inlet manifold.ANDY.
