Good Service and Jolly Happy

Just for a change a good service instead of the usual complaints.

Europarts, ordered a full set of disks and pads for our 2000 Passat TDi plus rear pads for a Focus.

Looked on their site total £129, bloody cheap i thought, then noticed the 25% off all brake parts enter code March25, the whole lot for under £100 and free 2 - 4 day delivery.
Ordered yesterday afternoon arrived this morning.

So hats off to them, top service!

Its getting rarer these days, so I always like to see a positive thread for any supplier.

In the days of press 1 for this 2 for that and then get asked the same bloody questions 3 times in erdu, it has become a rare thing to experience good service, the bigger the firm, the lower the standards it would appear.

Hence my post.

Praise where it's due.
The website works too, only issue was my card clearance site was down. (Not their fault).
Phoned them explained and the web only offer was done over the phone by a chap who spoke English. Not the usual my name Dave how i helping yoo.

Parts are sat in utility room awaiting install and the cash hasn't even departed my account yet.

Just goes to show if you do a good job nobody notices.

I have found ordering online from this is excellent, free next day delivery, cheap prices.

In store isnt particularly good IMO, their staff only seem interested in online/phone sales.
