Croatia - and what are the buses like there?

We're planning on going to Croatia in July this year for a music festival (the Garden Festival, if anyone's curious). We're likely to be staying in a hotel about 13km from the festival site so are wondering what the bus services there are like.

Specifically, the festival is in Tisno and we're looking at staying in Vodice, I imagine it's not terribly likely that many here will have been to this specific area but maybe I'll get lucky

Apart from bus information, anyone got any useful info or tips about Croatia in general?
