Thumbsnap pics not showing - why?

Can the PH techs help with the formatting of thumsnap links when uploading pics? When I upload a pic the link it gives just shows up as a red box, I can click on this and go direct to thumbsnap and see the same (albeit bigger) red box, click on this again and I can then see the image. An example of what I mean can be seen in this thread whereby neither myself nor several other PHers can see the pics but some can;

This would be an issue with Thumbsnap. You can contact them directly or wait to see if the issue resolves itself.
