The thread "its going to be a long six weeks" is removed completely when the business who is being slagged off puts there side forward???? mods i want an explanation for this? or is it that the customer can slag off a company but when the company stands up for its self, and the truth is outed, the thread is removed!!! a little one sided dont you think???????ok to slag someone off but when the other side explains the lies being told the thread is removed!!!!!

Mmm..Isnt there a saying in business "The customer is always right"?..(Even if they are wrong)..Where would companies be without customers?...Its no good throwing a hissy fit like a spoilt child!!..If people are not happy with what you do then you need to concerntrate on the negatives and turn them into positives..I can appreciate you being peeved off but as a proprietor of a renown company maybe a little more tact is in order..Are you really coming to BBWF2012?...Ziga

It's PH double standards. Have you seen the BT bashing thread ? How is that not naming and shaming? Breathe deeply and move on, its all you can do.

Does the said service company advertise on PH? Proabably not, so they won't get any backup...

I've followed the progress of this - vested interest and all. The customer has put a lot of business their way, so one might have thought that such a quality issue could have been simply sorted out with a further bit of work.

As for the time taken I don't think that is an issue - everyone knows it takes time for accident damage cracks to appear in fibreglass so best to take a few months over it. When I had a similar (but not as severe) accident I could carry on driving and only arranged the repair after a few months when everything had settled down.

I think what needs to be brought to peoples attention is nemasis is not just a TVR person, he is a wedge person. He backed BBWF 2009 with so much sponsorship/freebies and so on, even down to if anyone had any problems with there wedges he would recover them for free and get them going again.

Not taking sides but i am sure if there had been some interaction things would of been brought to a satisfactory outcome for all.

To DAVE & COLIN...Automedon

This is a formal apology from me to them.. Guys my comments in recent threads were not meant with any malice, i have brought bad feeling to the forum and that was the last thing i wanted to do!

Dave and Colin provided me with a fantastic interior to the SX and this is why i asked them to repair the body, i find it hard to express my feelings so some time they come out the wrong way, this is not an excuse for the way i have behaved and i'm very sorry for the obvious pain i have caused Dave and Colin..

As Rob said you provide a great service to the Wedge forum, i can see i was very selfish in my comment and feel i have let myself down but more so let the Wedge forum down..

As a consequenes i will no longer be part of the forum and will ask the moderators to delete any comments i have.

So to just say Dave and Colin i am very sorry!!!

Personally I wasn't aware of the name of the company that did the work. Sounds like an awkward situation all round(I read the response last night).

Hugging session required here me thinks. yes

No damage done IMHO. thumbup

Martin..Please..You have not let anyone down and all views should be aired even if it gets a bit heated..You have been without your car for more than enough time and need to enjoy it more..Its st luck what happened to you and from the onset the wedge was brought back to its former glory..Or so it seemed..But if there was something you were not happy with then its your choice where to take it and what to do with it..I dont recall you slagging anyone off..Just a couple of smileys..You are not a malicious person and have a heart of gold mate..We all make mistakes..We are all human..(I think)..Mutal apologies on both sides should be enough, You dont have to throw in the towel..I think we all want to see what the outcome of your 400 will be and i for one cant wait to see it in the flesh..I think the mods will only delete stuff that is derogatory..Condescending or dam right abusive..And of course anyone trying to promote their own business..So please dont worry about it mate...It will be gone and forgotten in a day or so...Ziga

Not often I post here....

Thread was removed at request of OP, not because we decided to do so. While I appreciate it's not hugely relevant as the thread has now gone, I just wanted to be clear it wasn't removed for any other reason.
