Ok, need cheering up with all this fuel crisis stuff going on. So, I was thinking, what cars make you smile when you see them.

For me, any italian mega car, i.e. Lambo, Pagani, etc. Any early Elise, any 205 GTI or classic ancient GTI,any American Muscle car and quite a few others, including tonight, a humble Smart Roadster....

Anything out of the ordinary really. All the dull silver/grey normal cars just become a boring blur. Even the ones that are done badly, at least they are better than having something so terribly dull you lose it in a car park.

Suzuki Samurai ... Also bloody awesome.

Drove past someone in an ariel atom on my way home who was enjoying the sunshine and lovely roads around Cheddar, mad me smile a lot smile

But yesterday I followed a beautiful XK150 for a long time, that also made me smile a lot.

Almost anything unusual, rare, exotic, expensive (bar high spec german saloons etc), colourful, stupid, fast or otherwise different from the norm makes me smile. Oh and other FTOs so we can do the FTO wave biggrin

In a bit of a sad way, I often smile when I see my car parked in a row of cars.
It's not pretty, but you don't often see cars in the same colour as mine.

I'm a bit weird so love seeing any classic car. Something like a P6 Rover, Mk3 Capri, any old Cortina and any late 70s Merc.
