Boxster Wind Deflector Question

Looking for a wind deflector for my 986 Boxster S & have found a 987 one on eBay. Can anyone confirm if this will fit the 986 as well?

Alternatively can anyone recommend a particular after market one?

I have the grills in the seat hoops just need the screen.

Hi, I don't think the 987 will fit the 986 one as the roll bar it a slightly different shape. I'm also not aware of any aftermarket ones. May be a best bet to buy a second hand wind deflector from eBay then buy a genuine fitting kit from main dealer. There not too expensive and easy to fit.

If you remove the roll bar trims, the clips are riveted to the roll bar

Thanks Scott it looks like my cars had one at some stage as there are some clips already on the roll bars.

Can't find a 986 one on eBay but there are a couple of 987 ones.

Looks like I'll have to keep waiting.
