Happened to be poking around the Aston website and saw this.
So who will be the first to buy a pair, me thinks Lewis might already have a few pairs !

I am sure it's about keeping the brand current and also the attention of having to produce a new car ha ha ! And before Lewis takes offence at my remark I only meant it as they are a nice green !

Mmm bit worried about the white soles on the brown ones.

By the way "Gorgeous George wins by election" - congratulations. Thought Mails' description of you as showman, egotist and rogue was a bit harsh though. Had you down as a bit younger than that as well - must be the cigars taking their toll - or the cider. At least you should get a bit more Respect from Jockman in future. rolleyes

Yeah saw those, I will be getting a couple of pairs tout suite I assure you, unless they're just plain stupidly expensive smile

Have 2 pairs of the Aston Martin / Sabelt driving shoes, they're very nice. And one pair is very green...

I'd buy them weeping

It'd be nice to have a pair of driving shoes that are comfy enough to walk round Le Mans all day in, but have enough pedal feel to drive a three-pedal car properly. Pilotis are the first, but not that latter, Puma/Sparco/Oakley/Sabelt etc are the latter, not the first.

I feel like a tit changing shoes every time I get in and out of the car having to change shoes (mainly the Marcos, VERY tight pedal box)! But I do it.

Man I do feel for you. Frankly with feet like these I'm surprised you can drive the Aston

I used to have a pair of Sparco Race Pro I think they were called. I wore them about twice as I couldn't be arsed keep changing shoes every time I got out, plus they aren't exactly needed for an auto, I just bought them cause I thought they looked cool hehe

I bet you're like those irritating women who always seem to be in front of me at the petrol station. They get back into their cars after paying and seem to spend about 5 minutes changing shoes! Drives me insane! I just stick to my Adidas Stan Smiths for driving now smile

I'd have thought these would be up your street too btw - http://www.sparco1.com/shoes/vintage.html

You know what? I've never even tried on a pair of driving shoes.

I drive in my works boots most of the time then when not wearing those, a pair of crappy old trainers.

I'm the height of driving fashion me!

The word 'more' is a comparative Andrew.

The word 'respect' went out the window with the bacon butties.

Btw, I buy a pair of Clarkes shoes every 2 years - that's enough. You guys have got way too much money.

Those who have met me will know that I'm a bit of a tramp smile

Those who haven't wouldn't argue either biggrin

(Georgeous - those shoes in any colour are not nice. Though it doesn't surprise me that DB9ers like shoes that look like something from the Ecco range. I imagine if Aston released a range of Damart underwear you'd be in like Flynn too smile).

PS More tut they are focussing on. Let's hope the new cars are better than the new pumps when they finally come out.

Since when does respect = free bacon butties? That was more a poor time managment issue, and also being distracted by conversation. You got a cup of Yorkshire tea so stop whinging smile

Thought you would have bought these shoes too - http://www.caldenshoes.com/

biggrin
