Went last weekend on my stag do, we are not a rowdy bunch but we like our beer. We only saw one other stag do or group if British lads and they were pretty well behaved aswell. We found some excellent underground pubs where the price was roughly £1 a pint we paid from between 20cz and 40cz for a Pillsner Urquell which was fantastic and food and a beer seemed to be around 300cz wherever you ate. We tried pubs, underground bars and a lovely Italian. We were treated very well over there and had a few chats win locals that explained that not many English lads come now as its expensive and compared to Slovenia and Bratislava. We did a lot of sightseeing aswell and went on a nuclear bunker tour which was good for around 400cz. We all really enjoyed it and said we'd return in a few years, I'd defiantly reccomend taking the missis aswell as its a beautiful city and I shall be taking my wife next year I think.
I waffle on but overall it wasn't full of drunken loud english we saw no trouble and caters for everything.

Just to add, Ristorante Kogo was the Italian we ate in and was fantastic food with nice beer aswell. Tasted far more expensive then it cost.
You don't go to Prague for Italian food! I went just over a year ago for a long weekend.
Got totally soaked, rained nearly the whole time - but I would like to go back and see a bit more.
We did the Kafka museum, saw the entrance to a Mucha something-or-other but wasn't sure if it was posters and info or the real thing, quite expensive and ran out of time so didn't go in. Saw the clock ringing a few times. We went to an opera, they were singing whatever language and there were subtitles projected up above the stage in English so everyone could keep up.
One of the squares had traditional food (which we tried most of).
Instead of paying through the nose for something more central we went to a hotel out of the city and got the tram in every day - the public transport was pretty good and it was cheap.
On the way back to the airport we were on a bus and an inspector came out - I didn't realise my ticket thing had already been stamped earlier on in the trip (you can buy a bunch of them at once, stamp it as you get on a bus/tram and it lasts for a certain amount of time) on the wrong side of the ticket (bloody tourists). I realised I'd made a mistake and tried to explain, but the conductor was rude and repeated his 'you're being fined' speech. I said X is all the cash I have on me at the moment, instead of saying - right, you'll have to cough up the rest at a cash point when you get to the airport he continued to stand fencing me in at my seat, the 'you're being fined' routine and ignored the rest of my family when they asked him what the problem was.
So all in all, good trip, pretty buildings to look at, make sure you're travel is covered..
