What price from a dealer?

Can anybody provide a realistic price I should pay for a BMW 545i M Sport from a dealer - I have checked Parkers / Glass's but they are not usually that accurate for the less main stream cars.

It is a 2005 / 05 with usual spec (Sat Nav, Parking Sensors, Xenons etc), manual gearbox with FBMWSH, 2 owners and 60k miles.

Private plate is P111 MRH

I wouldn't entertain anywhere near £10K for an 05 545i.
I doubt the PX price is given - most will be under book value.
Seriously, if you've that sort of money spare, have a look at the 745/750 - whole lot of car for same/lesser money to be had.
