Hi all,

Had to drop the exhaust today to do the exhaust manifold gaskets (what a pita that was!!) so had to also remove the the rear ARB. I've got the Leven drop links and when refitting it didn't seem like they were 'happy' going back together. In fact it was a total ba5tard trying to get them on so left the ARB off. I didn't take any pics so if poss could anyone show some pics of the correct setup or a guide on getting them on comfortably?

Cheers

Is this right?

All seems to go together ok but the angle of the chassis mounting bracket seems to want to force the drop links at a funny angle.

Anyone who can take a look and let me know that would be great,

thanks

Ryan.

Set the car up om axle stands set under the suspension, (a set of ramps are good).

You can't set it up with the wheels hanging!

Fit the drop links as you've done and bolt to the ARB, adjusting their lengths so that there is no tension on the ARB.

Sometimes you have to bolt the ARB to the other side of the drop link as the ARB isn't symetrical.

Make sure that the ARB to drop link joint is bolted tight.

Tighten the wishbone bolted connection but don't over tighten and squash the rubber bushes too much.

HTH.

Excellent thanks!
I was using a four post lift so no wonder they didn't seem to want to go back on the same!!
I'll get it up on the drive on ramp.

Many thanks Peter
