best travel insurance incl mobile phone cover?

Any recommendations for good value, worldwide travel insurance that also covers mobile phones? I don't mind paying more for a trustworthy name.
Tried to do it by upgrading my Lloyds bank account but got so fed up with the process and the intrusive 'computer says no' style of the Scottish woman on the phone that I gave up with ten more minutes still to go on the interrogation. Plus the Lloyds insurance would effectively have cost me around £120 a year and I reckon there must be better value than that - isn't there?
