Scratch repair pens ~ do they work?

Any views on these scratch repair pens you can get that claim to fix scratches in gel coat, do they work?

No just the simoniz type of pen to repair minor scratches

In that case you mean clear coat not gel coat.

Yes they can help to disguise scratches, not all just some,

multiple thin applications can work better that trying to fill the scratch in one hit.

polish area first, (not wax though), or use clay to clean the area.
