That is outright bullying and any Police Officer who condones or practices that sort of behaviour should be charged with dangerous driving IMHO!

I wonder how good his brakes are?

These cars should be finding the unlicensed, untaxed, non-MOT'd and uninsured drivers/cars instead of pursuing bad highway practices which increase the chance of an accident FFS!!!
