Any PH damp (house) experts?

I'm getting quotes at the moment to have a damp problem addressed at my gaff between Skipton and Harrogate.

If there are any PH damp experts who are interested in quoting for some work can you get in touch?

Rough outline of problem/work:

Georgian barn conversion, thick stone walls, no DPC

Exposed gable end is partially below ground level, damp affecting inside (which is the garage) and above (daughters bedroom). Suspect rising damp up that wall.

French drain around the bottom and find out where the problem with the roof or gutter or pointing is for the top.

DPC injection and internal replastering is likely to be a waste of money and disruptive.
