Without thinking of any particular track, but certainly under dry conditions, what would provide a quicker laptime: a 911 GT3 or the 911 turbo model from the same era? – so no comparing of 996s with 997s and vice versa.
Far too many variables to call it, power circuit like Snetterton the turbo would walk it, tight & twisty like mallory then I could see the GT3 edge it... The turbo has a LOT extra grunt.
