Hot start again

When i try to start the car from very hot i get a problem. On first turn of the key pump primes, starter turns but she wont fire. Then i turn key off and on again and she fires lovely. Any ideas as really annoying.

If i let her turn over for a long time she will also fire.

Have changed ignition module recently as that was suspect.

Any ideas?
