Jesus Christ, I'm not being funny but it's only a diesel Focus - what could possibly offer it up for that sort of abuse?

You could have parked it on someone's dog and not expected that.

Feel for you, and I hope the insurance sort you out properly.

Clucking Bell, you sleep with someones wife, really really annoyed someone or something?

Looks more than just a bit of a walk past scrape a nice car, more targeted IMO.

I know, it's crazy! At least i'm not heartbroken like I would be if I had a Aston or something though! I don't have any enemies and haven't pissed off anyone recently either. I reckon some bored kids, the neighbors might have some info so will speak to them tomorrow.

I feel for you OP, that's a horrid thing to happen to your car. Though, I did notice in your vid, the edge of your passenger door is all chipped as if it has frequently been opened into something? The wrong car perhaps?

yikesyikesyikes That's the worst case of keying I have ever seen - every panel done, unbelievable... I can't help thinking it's targeted, to do it so thoroughly, and to come onto your drive to do it...

If I caught somebody doing that to my car, ... well, I don't know...

Not good, someone on my street had their car vandalized a few months ago. I just can't see why a person would feel the need to pointlessly damage someone's property like that..

absolute dheads!! Sorry OP, best of luck getting everything sorted, I just can't understand why anyone would do something so stupid - someone breaking into a car with a clear aim of trying to nick something is bad enough but this is just ridiculous,

Thats awful, feel for you mate.

Im going to have to agree with others that unless you live in a really bad part of town, I'd say it looks like someone went for you in particular.

Hope you catch the person/people who did this.

That's what I'm wondering. It's not like its an aston, or something flashly like an audi TT or an alfa. Perhaps someone got the wrong guy? Either that or TC must live in a deprived area with people that drive clapped out 20yr old vauxhalls or something.
