Give me some good brake pad ideas....

This is a post on behalf of both Nick and I, as it appears we both have the same brakes on our cars. Nick's is running a 260mm front disc, with a 273mm read disc, which I believe is the same setup as the Sierra XR4x4? And also the same as griff and chim brakes? Can anyone point us in the direction of some top notch pads, as we both will be needing some in the near future.
