I have became the owner of my grandads old 1983 mk3 escort 1.3 litre ohc which he has owned from new. I am thinking of keeping it due to it being mint but what sort of price do this vehicles get in good condition. Please advise and are they any clubs which I can join best for this year of car.

Worth less as no value as an RS turbo Re-shell, but still must be worth £1000 if it's as good as you think.

Worth more as a PERFECT q Car. Nice Zetec in it, with decent suspension, but 14 inch steel wheels.
