Been lurking a long time and seen some good advice on here. I'm hoping that I can get some help.
Im away from home so I dont have the figures for the mortgage that I'm being offered at the moment but there are arrangement fees.
Basically I bought my house 5 years ago for cash so not had a mortgage before. I'm looking at remortgaging and buying a second house that I will let out.
My house value is 150k and I have been advised that if I stay below 112.5k or 75% then I should be getting the best deals.
I am bidding on a house that is a repossession so half expecting to lose out on it. I'm looking to incur as little costs as possible should I lose out. The house I'm buying has had my offer of 105k accepted. I'm going to take the mortgage of 112.5 because there is some work that needs doing.
So what are my options. Looking for likely repayment figures and interest % to see if I'm getting a good deal or not. If you need more info then just ask.
Thanks Matt

To give Matt specific advice I'd need information that he might not want to reveal on a public forum. smile

PS: Matt, the email won't send because your a new member I think, drop me a mail via my profile smile

Hi Liam, I can't message until tomorrow as a new member there is a 24hour rule.
In terms of affordability I have been approved. I'm just seeing if I've missed any deals. It seems better than was on money supermarket etc.
