Voltages on tusc,tam,350, sag, whats yours?

I seem to be charging at a max of 13.9v . Typically its down at 13.7.
Now i know that for some reason some alternators do charge below 14v but this seems too low to me.
When i put on the air con it really drops, it sees about 13.2 which is no good at all, this suggests volt drop across the cables and would be an easy fix, just need a bigger live to alt from chassis and a bigger earth to chassis, anyone else done this?
I also wonder if this is why my windows are weak (drivers side is bordering laughable) as after i fully charge my battery it seems better.

I took the Tusc to Cornwall last year (about 220 miles each way) and noticed that it was charging at 14.2volts. Didn't feel overly concerned but thought it was a bit high. Guess what? On return journey about 10 minutes from home the alternator packed up completely (well that's when the battery died) so it must have packed up before that but as it was tipping down, my concentration was somewhat to which way I was pointing
New alternator charges at 13.9 - 13.7v
