Will E92 M3 Winter Wheels (18") fit E60 530D ?

How can I find out if the 18" winter tyres for E92 M3 will fit a E60 5 series ?

After selling my M3, I still have the winter wheels and tyres sitting around. I now have a 5 series and would rather fit them on than buy a whole new set.

The E92 M3 winter package has 245/45/18's all round from memory, so provided the offset is 20, or thereabouts, it should be the same as the standard E60 18" alloy set up.
