No Petrol.....Grounded!

I'm stuck in Essex with no V-Power to be had anywhere locally!

Do any of you know where I might get some??

It really is a pathetic state of affairs this petrol shortage malarkey!!

Same problem in SW London also, resorted to Tesco 99 Momentum after try 8 different Shell stations last night.

I have alwats Run the Lotus on any old 95. no issue here

Normal fuel plus a can of octane booster if you're fussy, or Tesco 99. That'll do fine IMO.

Just buy diesel, after a remap your car will be quicker.

Just fill up with Tesco99. I use V-Power and Tesco99 interchangeably in my MR2 Turbo, no difference other than price!

What car?

You should be able to use 95RON and just avoid full load.

Better to drive gently than not at all.

Bog standard unleaded plus a bottle or two of 'proper' octane booster (e.g. Miller's EcoBoost or CVL) that give 2-5 RON grades - NOT one of the expensive NOS products which give 2-5 RON POINTS (i.e. 0.2-0.5 RON grades)
