Thought i would make you all smile....how bad is my ocd.Yes i know i have just had new outriggers fitted and am doing the chassis etc....but i have decided to start saving for a new chassis.i dont think they do em for a cerb yet but when they do i will get one...mark my words.am going to continue the chassis prep etc for the time being, and will rebuild all the suspension etc,so when i do the swap i should'nt come across to many suprises.i know it wont be for a couple of years yet but it does pay to plan ahead.....well as much as you can.biggrin...what do you all think nuts

If you are wanting a new Cerbera chassis and are in no rush, it may be worth having a word with RT Racing in Sheffield. I was talking to Richard and he says he will have to start looking at making some of the latest TVR chassis. He makes new chassis for older models and they are absolute top class. I say no rush because he would have to make or adapt the jigs he has. Richard will be at Chatsworth if anyone wants a chat with him.

Funny thing is i was having a conversation about a spare cerbera chassi last night, and if you really want one, i may be able to help you.

but if one comes up in the mean time... buy it... good spare ones are hard to find

I have a chassis that I'm refurbishing at the moment. It's in fantastic condition already as it only came off a 2002 car but am stripping it and getting it zinc sprayed and powder coated. It will be coming up for sale after all this if anybody is interested?

Lol no you aint done a st job....i would just fancy a new chassis done to a really good spongy stanard. If the out riggers are done off the car i cant see any problems as you can align all the tubes up 100%.bud i will never be the one to knock any cerb owner who tackles these jobs cos im there with you on some of the costings for jobs done.To be honest when i look at some threads on here my eyes pop out at the attention to detail some people achieve.Carry on sir and i take my hat off to you.
