I expect there is not much that will happen to him. Ruined the race. Rowers must now be suffering more with lactic acid etc

I met a bloke the other week like that. Did medicine hen a PhD in renal something or other.

He worked as a doorman a Hacienda, got into property (and probably a bit of drug manufacturing) and made a pile in London property. Now writes books and lives on a farm. Never used his PHD at all.

I met up with a guy I've not seen for years, last time I saw him he was just starting a second degree, I asked him what he does now and he said he drives lorries for royal mail.
