I have spoken to a friend of mine who does this and we have two options. I have measured my centre caps and they measure around 50mm in total including the black plastic edge that sticks out a little. I intend taking them off making the whole surface flat (probably with a sander) and having the logo sticker fill the hole completely, although if anyone wants some at 45mm to fit inside the plastic ring that is possible too!

The prices are as follows:

For flat stickers the cost is £8 per set of 4

For domed stickers the cost is £15 per set of 4

These will be good quality, I am told, coated in durable plastic and of course be weather proof! They can be any colour combination although Black with Silver TVR logo seems to be most peoples choice! If anyone wants to colour code them to your car colour this can be done also. I dont think these prices are bad considering Adyw was going to spend £20+ on Ebay for a set! I am having mine made now (Flat ones) should have them tomorrow afternoon to see what the quality is like and will take some photos and post on here by Saturday.

Personally I think the flat ones will be sufficient as looking at mine they were flat ones on the car originally. Can anyone interested please let me know as these prices were based on getting at least 10 sets made. If there are not 10 people interested I will buy the rest as I am sure given time people will ask for them as they are no longer available from TVR. I can bring them to the S Series meet in Aug for people to collect saving postage!

Just had a call to tell me that I would need to order 25 sets of the 'domed', not 10 sets as first thought, to make it worthwhile for him as he has to buy in the resin and the minimum quantity he can buy is a lot! Lets see how many people want the domed ones! For the flat ones 10 sets is still OK.

Hi Guys,

You do realise that the OZ originals can be had from the factory for £3.80 + VAT each. I know there has been a lot of talk about they have them/they don't have them. However I have, in my hand, a set I ordered through Dream Machines last week. The part No is:
S29G10007

Hope this helps.

It will help a lot!!! But I spoke to TVR and they do them but they are 60mm which are too big, they sent some to me to try, can you measure the ones you have??? For the OZ wheels they need to be 50mm or less!

Even if they are the right size at £3.80 + vat each thats nearly £18 per set of four!

Please let us know though as if we dont get 25 people interested this is worth knowing

Cheers

Mike

Hi Mike,

Yes exactly 50mm and fit perfectly into the wheels I have just had refurbished. These are the complete plastic centers not just badges. We bought 6, a set plus a few spares, as they are not exactly robust. No sanding or faffing about, just fit and forget.

Just bought a set a few weeks a go from Street TVR. Apparently the factory has loads in stock. Any main dealer should be able to get them.

Thanks for that Kevin, I have just spoken to TVR and they say they have indeed found a box in the stores with 100 OZ rim wheel centres, cheers.

I am still going to see what the ones I am having made look like first!
