HI every one can someone tell me if it is pos ,to fit 9" wheels all round on a griff i will be putting more rubber on the back but will only be putting 215 s on the front reason i am asking is i got my eye on some wheels but they only have 16x 9" J any advice would be great many thanks paul

You'll have no problem putting 9" wide rears on but its too wide a rim for a 215 tyre on the front.7 to 8" is what you need for a 215.

could i put 225 s on without rubbing on anything

If the offset is correct ie ET25 then i cant see why it would foul on anything.if the offset is anything much more or less then you may need spacers,rack stops or somesuch. A 9" rim is only just ok for a 225 tyre as well. Just a thought,but why not try 16" estorils at the front with an 8mm spacer to effectively get back to et25,then you could fit your first choice 215 tyre as well?
