whats the best track on forza 4 that is full of bumps and jumps??

Most bumps - Nurburging GP. But they aren't big enough for air. The best place for getting serious air IMO is Maple Valley full reverse, coming down the hill after the covered bridge.

Infineon full is another good track for getting air, if you get the corner before the yump right you can get serious air from it. If you don't get the corner right you unsettle the car and it'll land awkwardly, a rally car in full livery looks cool doing that though.
