I am fitting an aftermarket electric fan to the Tasmin. Do I have to fit a sensor in the top hose, or does anyone know of a sensor already in the system that I can use?

Hi Mate..You could go for something like what i have in mine...

The sensor goes into the top rad hose and you must set it to come on just after ther thermostat has opened..Ideally keep feeling the bottom hose and when its getting hot then the thermostat has opened, You then turn the switch gently until the fan comes on..Also get yourself one of these seals that the sensor wire goes into, It goes inside the top hose..Cheers..Ziga
