S Meet....Bring and Buy Sale..????

Judging by my garage and from what I've heard about most others, they seem to be full of S parts either parts taken off, replaced or fallen off...

As a suggestion...

Why don't we take our various parts to the S meet..?
There is always someone who needs or thinks they need them...

Pistolar could make his very own stall...

Saves on a lot of P&P and Ebay payments..

Yes very good idea I have lots of bits in the garage, roof stays (2 sets), Targa panel catches etc....Sounds good to me, will bring me bits along!

Hi Mike,

Are they S or Griff roof stays?

Wouldn't mind a pair of the Griff ones as the old S series stays look a bit like something off a trailer tent.

They are S ones, as I changed both my old S2 and the V8S roof Stays!

Even if its just brochures and order forms... I would guess that most of their stuff will be on display on one car or another... You could earn a few comission points..

I scanned the photo for Andy so have seen bigger picture, from what I can gather its Podies car colour! So think it might be a little darker than your car metallic too IIRC! But if you just put it on for long journeys etc...surely you wont see it under all the luggage! Dont think it would cost much to have it painted mind, I am sure Andy could arrange to have it painted if you really want it.
