Nice damp patch under spoiler this morning , looks like a rad off job , this time I will get it re -corred instead of mended as its a finger scraping job to remove/refit.

Got the SOB off , relatively easy with a lift apart from when I have to put back the bonnet back .Is there an ' easy way' of putting the bolts back in ?

Hmmm i reckon you'll need an extra pair of hands when putting back Steve but glad you've got started.

I had to replace the internal door latch cable on my Octy vRS drivers door today

Removing door car-5 minutes

Getting new cable fitted into door lock mechanism - 1 hour and several finger dislocations!!!!

Done now though wink

This Saturday the gearbox mounts on the 450 are gettin some!!!

Might grease the UJ's again whilst i'm under there..................

I used a ring spanner on each bolt to hold it in place while I did up the other end with a ratchet or open-ended spanner, so it can be done single-bodied (but two-handed ;^)

Expect to itch for a week afterwards!!!

Rad's gone in to be either recorred or if its not bad then mended , Adam I'll try that method. Should get it back next week !
