Is this the number from the ARV, taken from the wiki

'one way valve in the overflow petrol tank pipe - part no is89f8-9a 153-ab 8z02a,it does not show on the parts computer but is listed under ford escort zetec 150 ps'

If i take that into ford are they going to understand it haha. Just want to replace it as part of my service next month.
Also does anyone know how much they are?

Cheers
Mark

Most replace it with an inline vent/rollover valve, for example:

I did consider one of those and that one is cheaper than the demon tweeks offerings.
I just wanted to see if the oem one was cheaper, if alot so then get that one. If not much then go for aftermarket.
Do you know what size push on fittings i need? 1/4 like in the link you put on?

The one I linked has been fitted by a few on the forum, including me. Straight replacement for the standard Ford part; you'll need a couple of cable ties to secure to the chassis frame and it needs to be vertical.
