Genius or terrible?

Came across this on Ebay. My first reaction was that it was really terrible and not something that should ever happen to a classic car. On reflection (and reading what the seller has written on his build blog) I now think it is a work of genius.

TRANS IS THE REBULIT STANDERD ELDO AUTOMATIC WITH AN B&M SHIFTER.
IT HAS 4 WHEEL POWER DISC BRAKES THAT ARE ALL NEW.
FRONT END IS A SPEEDWAY GASSER STYLE TUBE AXL WITH RACK AND PINON STEERING HOOKED TO A IDIDIT KEY COLUMN.
GAUGES ARE DOLPHIN SET IN TO A SOLID BIRDS EYE MAPEL DASH.
WIRING IS EZ WIRING 12 CIRCUIT.
SEATS ARE FROM A DATSUN 260Z.
HEADLIGHTS ARE 2004 FORD TAURUS,TAIL LIGHTS ARE SPEEDWAY CATSEYES LED.
FRONT AND REAR LIDS WORK ON POWER LINARES
BODY MODS ARE TO MUCH TO LIST,THAIR IS NO FIBERGLASS USED ON THIS CAR IT IS ALL STEEL.

May I suggest an appointment with an understanding and skilled physician of yours looks like that, mine has more of a look of a sleeping Dormouse with Alopecia
