We had a great experience with a builder who did a fabulous job on our semi-detached house in Ascot. Brilliant job, nice guy, trustworthy team, and great value. PM me if you want a number.

There are also a couple of great TV/SAS/PH guys on here who may be interested. Try D14AYS, and Roy E6. If they can't help, they are likely to know someone who could.
