Just wondering, looking at the epic that 'IN THE BEGINNING' is becoming, what's the longest a thread has got? Could we be looking at a new record?

I really should get out more...

It's possibly the longest running thread that's accomplished anything useful (apart from filling loads of work keyboards with coffee, of course).

If all the Griff/Chim arguments were combined I think we'd have a new champion!

Anyone care for a group Chim/Griff meeting next year?
We could do with some more drunken photos to use for PH abuse!

Let's make it soon after the salt etc. has been washed off the roads. I could do with borrowing a chest-wig to give the motor its first polish of the year .

Excellent idea! Lets make it drunken car jousting.

So then, who wants to sort the venue and liability insurance?

Typical Chim owner, goes for the big booted, ugly car.

(Although a 2CV wouldnt really go with my medallion man image)

Yes, that why when they styled possibly one of the greatest ever TVR's - The Cerbera - they took a whole load of design cues from the Grifter didn't they?

The lovely looking front end, the gorgeous rear. Oh. Hang on. No it looks nothing like the Grifter now what does it remind me of I wonder?

A company did do the same thing as a Cerb using parts of a Griff only with not so succesful results.

That'll be with the Griff owners hanging out the driver's window using a golf club as a lance?
