Not sure what the budget is but these may fit the bill - it does look like there aren't too many in wall speaker selectors about though.
Don't use thin gauge bell wire for cabling because you'll loose a little output due to resistance in the cable and possibly loose a little bass too. Virtually any other decent gauge twin flex will be fine though; there's absolutely no need to pay for 'speaker cable'; light gauge twin mains flex is all that's needed unless you plan to put the speakers a very long way from the amp. If the cable runs do have to be extremely long then a heavier gauge (low resitance) mains cable will give you fractionally more output.
