Best Speed Trap Detectors/Jammers

First of all. Great forum. Have enjoyed reading quiet a few threads in here.

I'm thinking of buying a detector and Jammer. My eyes are on the Road Angel with GPS and a Target LE850 (now Snooper 920 or 950? I believe). Can anyone advise if there are more reliable models out there. I'm hard of hearing so i want something loud & visual advisory. My car has a heated windscreen which I understand interferes with some detectors but there is a portion down each side of the windscreen without any element and I'm told that the detector will work if sited there.

Any advice?

The LE850 is not available any longer. YOu need the LRC-100 which is its replacement.

The LE 850 is a sort of unsubtle beast. It works by being the Infrared laser equivalent of concorde on full takeoff power and just drowns out the laser guin. The LRC-100 is more subtle and just seeks to confuse rather than jam...

Personally I would get the Origin B2 - or B2 solo with an LRC100.
