I'm trying to activate Anytime+ now that it's available on any ISP.

I've been online and added the service to the package.

I've connected the box to the router, and it passes the connection test.

Under Services -> Customise, both Enable Anytime and Broadband Connection are turned on.

This was all done yesterday, but the Anytime page is still the old one.

Have I missed something? The only complication to this is that I've got two HD boxes on multiroom, so will this only work on a particular one of them?

Big Al.

Last time I check a month or so ago you could only get it if you had sky broadband packager as well as Sky.

That's changed now so you can get it through any ISP.

I had to call them to enable it on my account.

The woman changed some stuff remotely, had to turn box off/on then it worked.

Just done the same and the new anytime plus page showed up straight away. Is your phone line connected ok?

I couldn't get it working either via their website so just give them a call, 5 mins on the phone and they had it all switched on..job done.

Mine worked straight away but I only have one single HD box.

You may have to persevere with Sky support on the phone to get this working.

My 2nd box wouldn't show anytime+ and it took 3 long and painful phone calls to get it right. On the second call they said it would take 72 hours to get it working. On the last call they tried to tell me it was my ISP (Virgin) causing the problem which is rubbish. Only by insisting it was an issue at their end did I get it switched on. And then it was immediate.

They're not very joined up with anytime+

I've found problems with setting up were cure by power-cycling the sky box, but downloading films is very hit-n-miss compared to netflix on the PS3.

Correct you have access to see what every Chanel has to offer but can only watch programmes on the channels you pay for.

Notice that bbc iplayer et all are on demand after a forced update (for other reasons) on my sky hd box.

Have been using anytime since it went live for non sky broadband customers. It's been crying out for iplayer and 4od.
