HELP Gearbox Oil

Hi I am hoping to change the clutch thursday and while doing that I want to change the gearbox oil. I have been to the local Ford Garage today to ask what oil I need, unfortunately the "man in the know" is on holiday!!! I know that it is automatic transmission fluid can you help me please with what type. Many thanks Steve. PS Mine is the T5 Cosworth gearbox

Dexron 2/3 some prefer proper manual transmission oil's like http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-981-fuchs-titan-sintof... for example. Me personally have only ever used Dexron 3 compared to what stress its designed for lubing our simple transmission with helical gears is a walk in the park for such a high spec oil IMO
