Has anyone had any experience with Exedy clutches, good, bad or otherwise, particularly with regards to longevity.

I've found one at handy money but I don't fancy fitting it and having to take the gearbox out again in 6 months to re-do it.

Had an Exedy on my mk2 MR2 for about 200 miles. Seems a very nice clutch so far, and they come recommended within the MR2 scene.

Fitted them to two of my Skylines, both very good and never any bother. Probably the best twin plate I'd tried (though it was a few years back so others may have bettered them etc).

I have an Exedy pressure plate on my Mr2 track car and that's really heavy but is re assuring when giving it some abuse.

Combined with a Sachs organic friction plate I beleive.

Thanks for the replies.

I think I'll chance the Exedy!
